Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff seemed friendly.
There was only one problem and that was a bit of noise with the neighbouring unit and also the car doors slamming downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just across from Smales farm for work, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was also not far from the beach, which was a great bonus. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. I also appreciated the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The terrace and dining table provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also offered useful amenities like a dryer, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this place to families as well, as it is perfect for those with family in the nearby hospital. The hotel is located right across the road, making it convenient for visits and keeping busy days at ease.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the spa bath was a nice addition to the room and the fluffy towels were a plus. the location was also convenient as it was close to shopping and dining options.
Our Christmas stay was quite disappointing. the Christmas decorations were lacking and didn't add any festivity to the room.

I had to work late at work and be back to work early. The location meant I could walk between the motel and work. Had a great sleep, very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend and plan to use in the future when needing to work late.

it was very clean and well presented. We have stayed before and that was why we stayed there again. Very clean and very good staff and facilities
The TV was quite small and room had no settee to sit on. If not in bed the chairs were not so comfortable to sit in to watch TV or jusr relax

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with modern decor. the location was excellent with easy access to nearby restaurants and motorways. The free air conditioning unit helped me sleep soundly on hot nights, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
There were some negative aspects. The advertised TV channels were not accurate, and the traffic noise at night was quite loud.

I stayed in a hotel close to the hospital, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. As someone who values cleanliness, I appreciated how tidy everything was in the hotel. I also liked that the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions.
Nothing, all excellent.
